Uzbekistan creates history and successfully advances to the 2026 World Cup finals

After Uzbekistan defeated Qatar 3-0 in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers held on June 10, President Shafkat Mirziyoyev signed an order to give each of the national team players and coaching staff a BYD electric sedan as their reward for their historic advancement to the World Cup.

As the second in the group, they represented the Asian region directly to the 2026 World Cup finals with Iran.
