Telegraph: Manchester United raises quotation for Lamons; Martin and Sancho swap are alternatives

Hupu August 31, News Daily Telegraph's famous reporter Mike McGrath latest report, Manchester United has offered a higher offer to Sene Lamens and is determined to add a goalkeeper to Ruben Amorin's roster before the summer transfer window closed on Monday.

The highly acclaimed Belgian goalkeeper Ramens is Manchester United's first choice as Andre Onana and Altai Baindir performed poorly in Amorin's 10 months in coaching Old Trafford.

In negotiations earlier this week, Manchester United did not reach a personal clause with 23-year-old Ramens, and he also received an offer from Turkish club Galatasaray - but Manchester United made another offer.

The transfer window is closed for only two days, and if Real Antwerp agrees to leave for more than £20 million, Ramons will immediately undergo a medical examination from Manchester United.

As a contingency measure, Manchester United also conducted an inspection of Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez, the Argentine goalkeeper's future seems full of uncertainty at Villa Park this summer.
