Reporter: Sunderland introduces Zachar s transfer fee of 13 million pounds + 4.3 million pounds to float, and will sign a contract for three years

According to media reports, Sunderland has finalized Leverkusen midfielder Zachar. Keith Downie further revealed that Sunderland will immediately pay a fixed transfer fee of 13 million pounds, and a floating bonus of 4.3 million pounds.
Leverkusen has approved Zachar to England to complete the transfer to Sunderland and will sign a three-year contract instead of two years reported by other media.
