British media: Tottenham is watching Crystal Palace again, Mbemo is still on their shortlist

June 19 TBRFootball reported that Tottenham once again paid attention to Crystal Palace's all-rounder Eze.

It is reported that Thomas Frank favors Eze. In February this year, TBR Football exclusively disclosed that Postkoglu hopes to introduce the Crystal Palace winger as a replacement for Son Heung-min. Although the change of coaches may lead to a change in the transfer strategy, Frank has clearly expressed his appreciation for the 26-year-old during the negotiations. With Son Heung-min expected to leave the team, Tottenham is seeking to sign a wing player who can immediately serve as the main player, and Eze has become one of the key goals.

TBRFootball reporter Graeme Pele revealed that Eze is regarded as the easier choice for forward signings to Tottenham this summer. The Eze contract contains a termination clause worth £60 million, which can fluctuate up to £68 million based on performance. Frank has confirmed to the club's senior management that the player's value is recognized. In fact, Tottenham has been paying attention to Eze's Queens Park Rangers since 2019. But they may face competition from Aston Villa and Arsenal.

It is reported that Tottenham is also interested in Bournemouth's Semeno, but the Ghana international is currently worth more than Eze. During the forward signing process, Gallish team took the initiative to promote players, but the 29-year-old Gallish was not on Tottenham's subsequent negotiations.

In addition, there are reports that Tottenham has terminated its pursuit of Mbemo, but this is not the case in the TBRFootball certification stage. The Brentford striker remains one of the options on the shortlist, but Tottenham evaluates multiple targets at the same time.

Tottenham is eager to sign a right-wing attacker who can plug and play. Although he currently has Brennan Johnson as the starting choice, the club believes that there is still room for upgrading in this position. Although Kulusevsky, Ter and Obert were able to play the right wing, the three were more considered to be placed in other positions.
