Manchester United's total revenue increased by 17.4% this quarter, achieving operating profit of 700,000 pounds, a significant improvement compared with the operating loss of 66 million pounds in the third quarter of 2024. The adjusted EBITDA (profit before interest tax before depreciation before interest tax) was 51.2 million pounds, an increase of 274% from the third quarter of fiscal 2024. The renovation of the Carrington Training Base worth 50 million pounds continues to advance and is expected to be completed before the 2025-2026 season.
For fiscal 2025, Manchester United narrowed its revenue expectations to £660 million to £670 million and is expected to be at a higher level in this range. Meanwhile, the adjusted EBITDA expectations were raised to between 180 million and 190 million pounds.
