Official: Inter Milan has established the U23 team and will compete in the Serie C League next season

According to the official news from Inter Milan on July 24, the club has established the Inter Milan U23 team, and this brand new Nerazzurri will compete in the Serie C League next season.

This is a major strategic plan, aiming to help young talents in the youth training system grow up close by by providing a higher level of competitive platform. The team will be led by Stefano Wiki, born in 1971. This coach with rich coaching experience and deep knowledge of the Blue and Black. He led the Inter Milan youth team to win two league championships, two Viarejo Cups, one Italian Cup and one Italian Super Cup from 2014 to 2018. In the 2016-17 season, he also temporarily coached the first team for five games.

Inter Milan U23 will be located at the U-Power Stadium in Monza. The team is currently preparing for the Risone di Brunico training base and will play the first friendly match with the local team in Trento on Sunday, July 27.
