According to market reports on October 16, Juventus has once again been formally investigated by UEFA for allegedly violating the Financial Fair Play Act (FFP).

According to the news confirmed by the Juventus club in its latest financial report, UEFA has launched an investigation process on September 18 into its possible overspending of the 30 million euro deficit limit during the 2022-2025 three-year evaluation cycle.

Currently, Juventus is under close observation by UEFA. The results of the survey are expected to be announced in the spring of 2026, when they will provide a comprehensive assessment of the club's current and future financial expectations. Juventus said in its financial report that potential penalties could include a fine "that is not expected to be significant" as well as some sporting restrictions, such as restrictions on the registration of new players on the European roster.

This is not the first time Juventus has faced such an investigation. Between December 2022 and July 2023, the club was fined 10 million euros by UEFA for violating relevant regulations.
