On November 16, the Spanish media "As" reported that Sevilla's accumulated debt in five years has reached 221 million euros.

Sevilla has announced that it will hold the 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting on December 15. According to regulations, the club attached a financial statement to the meeting, which once again showed that the club suffered a huge loss in the 2024-25 season, this time the loss was as high as 54 million euros. In just five years, Sevilla's debt has accumulated to 221 million euros.

Despite this, there is optimism within the club about economic restructuring. In fact, Sevilla's board of directors expect the club to break even in the 2025-26 season. In the past two years, operating costs have dropped from 87 million euros to 65 million euros, and first-team player salaries have also dropped from 178 million euros to 88 million euros.

Due to Sevilla's failure to participate in the European competition in the 2024-25 season and the reduction in television rights revenue due to its decline in La Liga, Sevilla's revenue decreased by 65 million euros that season.

Sevilla assured that, despite the significant losses, liquidity will be safeguarded during the ongoing operational adjustments and restructuring process, partly due to recent loans and financial transactions.
