Sun: Carrick finds a new job after leaving Miburg and will serve as commentator in Tottenham s Champions League match

Sun reported on September 16 that Manchester United legend Carrick has found a new job and will serve as a commentator on Amazon Prime.

Three months after resigning as Middlesbrough coach, Carrick will become an commentator on Amazon Prime platform. The 44-year-old former England midfielder will make his debut in the Champions League match against Villarreal.

Carrick's new chapter begins after his turbulent coaching career at Middlesbrough. He replaced Chris Wilder as the head coach of the Miburg in October 2022. He performed positively in the early stages and led the team to the upgraded playoffs in the 2022-23 season. Fans had expected the Manchester United legend to lead the team back to the Premier League, but the team failed to enter the top six in the following two seasons.
