After all members of the NBA board of directors unanimously approved, the consortium led by Chisholm has completed the acquisition of the Celtic majority equity.

Chisholm will serve as the team's director, Grosbeck and Adia Mittal will serve as alternate directors, and Grosbeck will serve as one of the team's bosses and CEO, and will be responsible for the team's daily operations together with Chisholm, current basketball and business management teams. The leaders of Chisholm's investment team include Grosbeck, Mittal, Bruce Bill, Andrew Biareksic, Dom Ferrante, Rob Hale, Mario Hall and Ian Lorraine. Global investment company Sixth Street is also a key player in the investment team.
