On November 9, the NBA regular season continued, and the Lakers officially welcomed their fifth consecutive away game. Before today's game against the Hawks, Lakers head coach Redick revealed that Reeves had a slight groin strain and is expected to return during the five consecutive away games; Vincent has not yet conducted confrontation training, and Redick also said that Rui Hachimura is now like Jordan in his peak period.

Before the Lakers' game against the Hawks, talking about Reeves' three-game absence due to a groin injury, Redick said that the MRI results showed that Reeves suffered a mild groin strain. It is unclear when he will return. Considering that his pain is mild, I expect him to return at some point during this away trip.

Medical expert Evan Jeffries said that the Lakers eventually called it a "groin strain." A minor strain refers to a first-degree strain, and the usual recovery time is 1-2 weeks.

Lakers reporters previously stated that Reeves had no obvious groin damage and is expected to return next Tuesday. So far this season, Reeves has played 7 games, averaging 31.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 9.3 assists and 1.4 steals in 37.9 minutes per game.

Talking about Vincent's situation, Redick said that under the guidance of assistant coach Lindsay Harding, Vincent's on-court training has made progress, but Vincent has not yet conducted confrontation training since spraining his left ankle on October 27.

Redick also said that the Lakers hope that the previously given recovery timetable of 2-4 weeks will eventually be closer to about 3 weeks.

This season, Vincent only played in 3 games, averaging 3.7 points, 1 rebound and 2.3 assists in 24 minutes per game. He shot 23.1% from the field and 20% from the three-point range. His annual salary is US$11.5 million.

Talking about Hachimura's recent performance, Redick said: He has had the best season of his career again. It feels like he almost never misses mid-range shots now, just like Michael Jordan and Kawhi Leonard at their peak.

So far this season, Hachimura has played 9 games for the Lakers, averaging 16.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game, shooting 58.9% from the field and 47.2% from the three-point range.
