On September 14, there are about 40 days left before the start of the NBA regular season in the new season. Recently, the famous media Clutch Points published an article saying that Anthony Bennett is the worst No. 1 pick in NBA history, and listed the top ten evidence based on his career performance.

In the 2013 draft, Bennett was selected by the Cavaliers in the first round, but he failed to win a vote of the All Rookie and was not selected for the All Rookie Team. He was sent away by the Cavaliers in the second year, becoming the first No. 1 pick in NBA history to be bought out during the rookie contract. Just three years later, Bennett bid farewell to the NBA arena and has been in the low-level league for many years.

In order to prove that Bennett is the worst No. 1 pick in history, Clutch Points also listed the top ten evidence:

1. Bennett took five games to score the first sports goal.

2. Only 1 of 20 shots in the first career.

3. His first 7 game data are like horror movies: 0/5, 0/3, 0/4, 0/3, 1/5, 0/0, 0/1, and finally "exploded" in Game 8, making 3 of 11 shots.

4. Bennett's first five games: Average of 1.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.2 assists, 1.2 steals, 0.4 blocks per game.

5. Bennett's first 10 games of his career: 13 points, 28 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 of 34 shots.

6. Bennett scored in double digits for the first time? Game 33.

7. Bennett's rookie season data: averaged 4 points and 3 rebounds per game, with a real shooting percentage of 42.5%.

8. Bennett played only 151 games in his career, including only four of which started.

9. Bennett averaged 4.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per game in his career.

10. Bennett's career shooting percentage was only 39.2%, with a total score of only 658 points. Interestingly, Clutch Points also pointed out that when Bennett became the No. 1 pick, famous commentator Bill Simmons shouted "Wow" and turned out to be the right reaction. However, Bennett is still playing for the Alna Jema team in the Bahrain Premier League!
