TA: Arsenal hired Napoli’s chief scout, who has scouted people like k77 and Osimhen

Hupu reported on November 12 that according to TA reports, Premier League giant Arsenal is about to appoint senior Italian scout Maurizio Kelly to a senior position in the recruitment department. The 57-year-old scouting expert currently serves as the director of Napoli's scouting department. He is well-known in Italian football and is regarded as one of the driving forces behind Napoli's success in recent years.

Since joining the Premier League club in March this year, Arsenal sporting director Berta has been committed to expanding the core team. The need for recruitment has become more urgent when Jason Ato, who took over the role on an interim basis following Edu's departure last November, failed to secure a permanent appointment and left in May.
