November 14th Today, ESPN Lakers team reporter Dave McMenamin reported on the recovery training situation of Lakers forward James.

According to sources, LeBron James trained again with the G League's South Bay Lakers on Thursday, and he did not experience any discomfort after completing training on Wednesday. Yesterday was James' first five-on-five training since the first round of the playoffs. It has been more than six months.

James, who is about to turn 41, missed the entire training camp and the first 12 games of the Los Angeles Lakers season due to sciatica. The pain affected his lower back and right side of his body.

Currently, James is training with the G League affiliated team, while the Lakers are on a five-game road trip and are about to face the Pelicans and Bucks. A source involved in Wednesday's practice told ESPN that the practice was "extremely intense" as James prepares to become the first player in NBA history to play in his 23rd season.

In Thursday's practice hosted by South Bay Lakers coach Zach Guthrie, James participated throughout and was able to successfully complete the five-on-five scrimmage without any ongoing pain or soreness in his lower back or right side of his body.

The Lakers plan to conduct a training session at the team headquarters on Monday after the away trip. Sources revealed that if James continues to recover smoothly over the weekend, he may join the team's training. The Lakers will face the Jazz at home on Tuesday and again on the road on Sunday.
